FAQs

How can I register on APS?

  1. Select Registration Type: Users must choose whether they are registering as an 'Airline' or an 'Agent.'
  2. Complete the Registration Form: This requires providing accurate company details, including Company Name, Contact Person, Email Address, Phone Number, Country and Address, and Supporting Documents (e.g., business license, company certificate).
  3. Set Up Account Credentials: Users need to create a secure username and password and confirm their email address through a verification link sent to their inbox.
  4. Submit the Application: Users are instructed to review their information carefully and click 'Submit.' The application is then sent to the APS Admin team for review.
  5. Approval Process: APS staff will verify the submitted documents and information. Users will receive an email notification once their registration is approved. If any additional information or corrections are needed, the APS team will contact the user directly.
  6. Account Activation: Once approved, the account will be activated. Users can then log in and start using the APS platform to request flight permits, manage billing, and track status updates.

AIP LAO PDR - 2025 Edition

The Department of Civil Aviation of Laos (DCAL) has published the 2025 edition of the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) for Lao PDR. This document provides essential information for pilots, airlines, and agents operating within the Lao airspace.

Key Highlights:

  • Updated airspace classifications and ATS route structures.
  • New flight planning procedures and radio communication frequencies.
  • Revised overflight and landing permit requirements under DCAL Circular 25/2025.
  • Enhanced safety regulations for scheduled and non-scheduled operators.
  • Introduction of Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) procedures at major airports.
